What you'll need
- 1/2 cup Mayberry Farms Raw Honey
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Salmon filets
What to do
Preheat your oven to 500 degree Fahrenheit. Combine the first 5 ingredients (honey, vinegar, oil, garlic and salt) in a small bowl. Arrange salmon filets with the skin-side down in a shallow pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of the honey garlic glaze over each filet.
Roast for 5-8 minutes or until salmon has reached your desired doneness. Drizzle remaining honey garlic glaze over the top of each filet and serve.
What to serve it with
I love serving it on top of a bed of greens because the honey garlic glaze makes for it's own salad dressing. I also serve it with brown rice and steamed vegetables. My kids are usually asking for seconds it's so good!
