🍓 A Taste of Summer in Spring: Strawberry Margaritas Two Ways (With and Without Alcohol)
By Mayberry Farms

Even though the fields are quiet and the strawberry plants are just beginning to wake up, there’s no reason we can’t enjoy a little taste of summer while waiting. If you were lucky enough to tuck away some of last season’s strawberries in the freezer, now’s the perfect time to pull them out and blend something bright and refreshing.

These frozen strawberry margaritas—one with a little grown-up twist and one perfectly suited for the whole family—bring back the sunny sweetness of summer with every sip.

🍓 Classic Frozen Strawberry Margarita (With Alcohol)

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (fresh-frozen from last season if you have them!)

  • 1/2 cup silver tequila

  • 1/4 cup triple sec (or other orange liqueur)

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

  • 1–2 tablespoons Mayberry Farms Raw Honey

  • Optional: 1 cup ice for a frostier texture

  • Lime wedge + salt or sugar for rimming the glass

Instructions:

  1. Rim your glasses with lime juice and dip in coarse salt or sugar, if desired.

  2. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and honey. Add ice if you like it extra slushy.

  3. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.

  4. Pour into glasses, garnish with lime or a strawberry, and enjoy!

🍓 Family-Friendly Strawberry Margarita (No Alcohol)

Serves 2–3

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1–2 tablespoons Mayberry Farms Raw Honey

  • Optional: 1/2 cup water or ice for blending consistency

  • Lime wedge + sugar for rimming (optional, but fun!)

Instructions:

  1. Rim glasses with lime and sugar if you'd like a festive touch.

  2. Blend together frozen strawberries, orange juice, lime juice, and raw honey.

  3. Add ice or water if it’s too thick and blend again until smooth.

  4. Serve with a straw and a smile—this frosty mocktail is loved by all ages.

Strawberry season may be weeks away, but the sweet memories of last summer can still find their way into your glass. Whether you’re gathering with friends or simply chasing a little sunshine in the kitchen, we hope these simple sips bring warmth to your day.

Here’s to the seasons we wait for—and the ones we keep close, one jar or bag at a time.

Cheers from all of us at Mayberry Farms 🍓
