Where our raw honey comes from

We keep our hives right here in Mayville, Wisconsin, in the middle of Dodge County. Every jar is raw and unfiltered, pulled from our own bees and bottled on the farm. Nothing added, nothing heated, nothing trucked in from somewhere else.

Why this year's honey isn't in the shop yet

Honey runs on the bees' schedule, not ours. The hives are strong, but a cool, wet stretch has slowed foraging down, so we don't have a harvest date yet. When this year's honey is ready, it tends to go fast.
