A Taste of Summer from Mayberry Farms

There’s something about sipping homemade lemonade that just feels like summer—especially when it’s made with farm-fresh strawberries and our raw Mayberry Farms honey. This Strawberry Honey Lemonade is bright, refreshing, and naturally sweetened—perfect for porch-sitting, picnic-packing, or cooling down after an afternoon in the strawberry patch.

🍓 Ingredients:

  • 1½ pounds fresh strawberries from Mayberry Farms, rinsed and halved

  • 6 cups cold water

  • ¾ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)

  • ½ cup Mayberry Farms raw honey (or more to taste)

  • Ice, for serving

🍋 Directions:

  1. Blend it up
    In a strong blender, add the strawberries, 2 cups of water, lemon juice, and honey. Blend on high for at least 2 minutes, until smooth and well combined.

  2. Finish the lemonade
    Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and stir in the remaining 4 cups of cold water. Taste and add more honey if you’d like it a little sweeter.

  3. Let it chill (optional)
    The lemonade will be a bit frothy right after blending. If you’d like it to settle, refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.

  4. Serve & enjoy
    Pour over ice and garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a lemon wheel if you’re feeling fancy.
