Easy Strawberry Muffins Using Frozen Berries!

Do you want to get creative in the kitchen without spending hours prepping and baking? Look no further because with this easy strawberry muffin recipe you can make delicious, soft, and tasty muffins using frozen strawberries! Not only is it a breeze to prepare using simple ingredients but these strawberry bites will have your family begging for more. Perfectly portioned as individual sized snacks or heartwarming desserts, enjoy them on special occasions or everyday indulgences.

Here's what you'll need: 

10 oz. frozen sliced strawberries thawed - you can do this in the microwave or by leaving them out in the fridge overnight

2 cups flour 

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt 

1 cup milk of choice

1 egg 

3 Tablespoons butter melted

Here's what you'll do:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line or spray a muffin tin.

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together into large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine egg, melted butter and milk and mix. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and lightly stir to combine. Batter should be lumpy - do not overmix!

Gently add in strawberries and stir to combine. Pour into prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.

Enjoy with butter or better yet - strawberry butter!
